Set of two rare Art Deco armchairs designed by the renowned Czech designer Jindrich Halabala in the 1930s in former Czechoslovakia. One of his most iconic and recognizable models – H269.
The armchairs have been professionally restored and reupholstered in high-quality fabric. All foam and internal upholstery fillings have been replaced, while the original spring construction has been preserved in very good original condition.
Their bent beechwood construction highlights the exceptional craftsmanship of Czech interwar furniture making. Wooden elements were carefully cleaned and refinished with oil, giving them a natural and elegant appearance.
The armchairs are very comfortable, fully functional, and ready for everyday use.
